Welcome!

My name is Christy Kosnic and I am an architectural, interiors & branding photographer based in Southwest Florida.

ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY

My love for architecture and design is evident in my earliest memories from drawing out floor plans with my grandfather who was a builder to watching This Old House with Bob Vila. By my early teens I found a camera. Joining these two passions was a natural progression — I can’t think of a better profession!

Process: Spaces

We start with a conversation.

Give me a call to start our first shoot together. We will talk about the project to be photographed, the location, time-line and your overall needs. It helps if you can provide snapshots of the space for planning purposes. Some projects require an on-site walk through. I will then send a quote and contract to you.

On the day of the shoot I work collaboratively with you to capture your vision for the space. My objective is to capture the essence of you or your design at its best. When I am looking at a space to photograph, I am analyzing the direction of light in the room, anticipating where the light will be throughout the day, and the how the objects in the space will fill a two-dimensional frame. I use natural light as well as strobes to accurately portray the color and texture in the design.

I shoot tethered to an iPad or laptop so we can review the unedited images together and tweak as we go. I am happy to work independently or collaboratively with clients. Do you have a stylist you work with? Great! I love working with awesome professionals!

I want to hear your needs as a business professional. I love crafting the visual marketing tools your business needs to succeed. This could be simply updating your headshot or maybe you need a more elaborate set of personal branding images that captures how you provide value to your clients. I will walk you through different options and find the best fit for your needs.
